The Task:
Develop a Purina Beyond endcap for Meijer stores using strategies developed from the Beyond Expo Booth that debuted at the Global Pet Expo in 2014.
My Role:
Create signage and information panels for the Meijer Beyond Endcap Dress Up, progressing from conceptualization to the final production stage.
The Process:
I crafted the graphics for the endcap, integrating fonts from Meijer's brand standards and incorporating a chalkboard style to evoke a natural and homegrown feel. Using digital chalk textures, I painted food and animal illustrations in Photoshop.
The Outcome:
The updated endcap dress-up highlights the availability of natural pet food at Meijer, which has emerged as a robust subcategory within the pet department. The new signage facilitates the discovery of the natural pet food section for shoppers and offers insights into the variety of ingredients found in natural pet food and its potential benefits for their pets.
