The Task: 

Create a brand identity for my client's custom greeting card business. The brand should evoke feelings of hope and happiness, aligning with the company's mission to make people feel appreciated by surprising them with handmade cards when they least expect it.

Create a logo, formulate a tagline, establish a color palette, and develop a brand style guide for Paper Hug Greetings. Craft a comprehensive 3-page brand guide for the client's future reference.

The Process: 

My client's main online presence is on Etsy. I conducted research on other greeting card sellers on Etsy to comprehend the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to differentiate Paper Hug Greetings, ensuring it stands out with a distinct brand identity that embodies its mission statement.

The Outcome:

The ultimate identity encapsulates a heart within an envelope, symbolizing the transmission of hope and happiness through a card. The handwritten font selected reflects the personal touch inherent in crafting cards. Currently in its preliminary phase, this project lacks concrete data. The subsequent step involves crafting a digital advertising strategy and plan to steer my client in the right direction.
