Reinvent the Walmart Pet Department through a nine-month qualitative research initiative. 10 Red devised a diverse array of concepts for presentation to focus groups. Among these, "The Walmart Open Entry Configuration" emerged as the highest-scoring concept.

Develop graphics for initial focus group concepts and final department prototype.

I worked closely with the research and design teams to create graphics for the initial research concepts. Upon approval of the "Open Entry Configuration," I was tasked with developing full-sized graphics for the department. Collaborating with our fabrication team, I ensured the final sizing was accurate and prepared the print files. After the prototype was installed at the Nestle Purina Retail Lab, I traveled to Saint Louis, MO to photograph the new department.
Compelling visuals and an improved shopping experience effectively convey and reinforce Walmart's commitment to pets, enhancing shoppers' perception of the store. This, in turn, contributes to achieving the objective of becoming the "Preferred Total Pet Care Provider."
